The device "TANGENS 3m-3-LIGHTNING" provides, under normal conditions of use, the measurement of the tangent of the angle of dielectric losses ( tgδ ) and the capacitance of samples of liquid dielectrics ( Cx ) in the ranges with the basic measurement error given below:

The device "TANGENS 3m-3 - LIGHTNING" is made in a version that meets the requirements of GOST 22261 for electronic measuring devices of group 2.
