LIGHTNINGIPI10  insulation parameters meter. LIGHTNINGIPI10 provides measurement of dielectric loss tangent and electrical capacitance in two ranges. Specifications are shown in tables 1 and 2.

The limit of the permissible additional measurement error caused by a change in the ambient temperature from normal (20 ± 5 ° C) to any within the working area does not exceed half the limit of the permissible basic measurement error for every 10 deg. temperature changes.
LIGHTNINGIPI10 allows to carry out measurements according to "normal" / "direct" and "inverse" / "inverted" measurement schemes, which provides measurement of parameters of insulation of objects, both with isolated and grounded terminals.
LIGHTNINGIPI10 provides output of measurement results on a liquid crystal display (LCD) of the indication unit. The connection between the highvoltage measuring unit and the display unit is carried out over a radio channel in the frequency range 845945 MHz with a transmitter output power of 1 mW at a distance of 57 m.
The image of numbers and signs on the display is distinguishable at a distance of at least 0.8 m with an external illumination of 10 to 1000 lux.
LIGHTNINGIPI10 in normal and working conditions of use is ready for work within no more than 1 min after switching on.
The operating time of the meter is determined by the energy consumption of the electrochemical batteries used. With a battery capacity of 1800 mAh, the operating time is at least 8 hours.
Mean time between failures for operating conditions of use is not less than 4000 hours.
The average service life of the meter is at least 8 years.

Insulation parameter meter MOLNIYAIPI10 is designed to measure the dielectric loss tangent "tgδ" and capacitance " C" of insulation systems during commissioning tests, maintenance and repair of various electrical machines and devices, samples of various electrical insulating materials (including liquid dielectrics in cells ). Measurements can be performed both in the field and in the laboratory.
LIGHTNINGIPI10 is manufactured in a version that meets the requirements of GOST 22261 for electronic measuring devices of group 4.
Operation of the product can be carried out by one operator from among the electrical personnel who has been assigned an electrical safety group of at least the third for the right to work in existing electrical installations with voltages up to and above 1000 V and who have been trained to work with this device.
